The Russian Defense Ministry is reportedly planning on purchasing several of these 'PTS-4' over-sized amphibious tanks in 2014. Why ? Who knows, but the concept of an amphibious tank capable of transporting a tank was amusing to me. Video past the jump...
PTS-4 stands for "Plavayushchij Transportyer - Sryednyj," naturally...
